Internally find yourself walking into an open plan cozy cottage with full kitchen and cooking facilities. Upstairs you will find a king size bed and bathroom.

Upstairs you will find complimentary bath robes and sanitised sandals for guests to use within the spa area at the top of the garden. 

❋ Cozy On Up

With a log burner situated downstairs, snuggle up on the sofa and enjoy the warmth of the fire on those chilly evenings.

❋ Wash Away The Stress

Upstairs you have your en suite with walk in shower and complimentary mini toiletries. Why not enhance your stay with a treat from our Beauty Barn to be waiting for you at your arrival?

❋ Private Deck

.Take a seat and lounge about on your own private section of decking overlooking the tranquil garden. Watch the weeping willow sway in the breeze and listen to the dawn chorus with a cup of coffee.

Guests can park directly to the front of the cottage on a private gated driveway

❋ Sauna

Complimentary use of our sauna to detox and get rid of any aches and pains. Have a dip in the plunge pool after if you’re brave enough!

The Spa

❋ Hot Tub

Steep yourself in our brand new wood fired hot tub. Allow the warmth of the water, the smell of logs and the peaceful noises of the countryside wash over your senses, giving you the ultimate experience in relaxation.

❋ Grotto

Enjoy the twinkling fairy lights, seats and maybe have a little bit of food and drink up in the grotto. The perfect place to stargaze, read a book, listen to your favourite music, or just put your feet up and do nothing at all!

  • Once you have your booking confirmed on Air Bnb, come back to the website to browse our range of upgrades to fully tailor your perfect getaway! Whether it be indulging in hand selected beauty products, or enjoying a locally sourced breakfast hamper, the choice is all yours! Simply confirm your reservation dates when purchasing and we will do the rest!

  • Although just a short drive from Launceston, we are remote enough for very limited to no phone signal, so pre load those maps! If coming through Illand, we suggest coming down the lane from Congdons Shop as it will be easier to turn into the driveway.

  • Now all that's left to do is set the countdown clock, pack your bags and get excited for your getaway.
