We are located 5 miles from the medieval market town of Launceston and 1.5 miles from our local village, Lewannick.

Launceston features a selection of bespoke shops, an artisan baker, plenty of coffee shops, a local museum, Norman castle built in 1086, as well as supermarkets: Tesco's, Lidl and a Mark's and Spencer food hall.

Lewannick features a 12th century church, children's playground, pub and local shop with post office. The shop sells a good selection of local produce and wines.
